There are many, many reasons why learning a new language is a good idea. It allows you to communicate with new people. It helps you to see things from a different perspective, or get a deeper understanding of another culture. It helps you to become a better listener.
Hay muchas razones del porque aprender un nuevo idioma es una buena idea. Te permite comunicarte con nuevas personas. Te ayuda a ver cosas desde una perspectiva diferente, o conseguir un entendimiento mas profundo de otra cultura. Te ayuda a convertirte en un mejor oyente.
English as a Second Language
Learning English is important because is the language for international communication. It is the official language of 53 countries. English is also the dominant language related to business, so it is usually needed in the workplace. Finally, it gives you access to the world of entertainment. Many of the world’s top films, books and music are published and produced in English.
Aprender Inglés es importante porque es el idioma para comunicarse internacionalmente. Es la lengua oficial de 53 países. El Inglés también es el idioma dominante relacionado con los negocios, así que usualmente es requerido en los puestos de trabajo. Finalmente, te da acceso a todo el mundo del entretenimiento. Muchas de las más famosas películas, libros o canciones son producidas y publicadas en Inglés.
Exam Preparation
Every year, we prepare our students to sit for final exams according to their levels. The exam consists of two parts: a written part and an oral part. In the written exam, they have to apply everything they have learned during the year and also write a short composition. In the oral exam they have to tell a story, read a short text and also answer personal questions.
Cada año, preparamos a nuestros estudiante para presentarse a los exámenes finales acordes a su nivel. El examen consiste de dos partes: una parte escrita y otra oral. En el examen escrito, tienen que aplicar todo lo que aprendieron durante el año y escribir una breve composición. En el examen oral deben contar una historia, leer un texto corto y responder preguntas personales.
